2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and vehicle allocation. We require a minimum notice period for all premium services. FB Sky Harbor Transportation reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value if the requested vehicle becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.

 Quotes are valid for 7 days from issuance.

 A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations.

 Special requests must be noted at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellations must be made within our stated cancellation period to avoid penalties. Late cancellations or “no-shows” will be charged the full estimated amount of the reservation. Modifications to itineraries once a journey has commenced may incur additional charges.

4. Code of Conduct and Liability

We hold the highest standards of safety and comfort. Passengers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. FB Sky Harbor Transportation is not liable for items left in vehicles, nor are we responsible for delays caused by extreme weather, heavy traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.
